Thanks! Your vidoes are very helpful. In one, you talked about closong the interview. EXCELLENT tip!! Anyhow, I had a question about your 2-page resume limit. I'm in IT nad mine is 3-pages. Seems like important details would be left out if I shortened it.
Is 2-pages a hard and fast rule? Thanks again.

No - not a hard and fast rule. Don't want to leave out relevant, important details. Have someone else look at your resume and ask them if there are parts that aren't valuable. But for the majority - 2 pages is enough.

The only alternative to bullet points are paragraphs and I can assure you that most busy hiring managers and recruiters will not take the time to read a paragraph - no matter how interesting the information. We live in a sound bit world so give them the info in a format most likely to get you to the next step.
