This is a clip of a squat sequence from my 2009 DVD release, PURE PUMP. This workout focuses on developing muscle endurance and strength while burning fat. There are two different 30-minute workouts on PURE PUMP that can be done together for a longer more intense workout or separately for an express workout. I used a lot of compound movements in these routines so that you work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
people do the same with the reverse leg coz this is just the one leg
