Chiou Ho-shun: Co-defendants' interrogation film

When the co-defendants were giving their accounts of the Chiou He-shun case to the police, those being interrogated are standing, and we can see that they are only wearing underpants. The defense lawyer group belief that this is proof of torture: stripping the defendants' clothing, and applying electric shocks to the lower parts of their bodies. At the time, it was winter.
