climbed it saturday 28 jan 2012 when we got too top of devils ladder we had 18 inches of snow it was torture to the summit but we enjoyed it

you tend to go over on your ankles a lot on the way down which is where the most injuries occur so watch out

i just climbed it. its very hard especially when there is a torrent of a river coming down on top of you! When you get to the top of the ladder there is still another hike ahead which was absolute torture, very steep ! The climb back down to the top of the ladder was fun but going down the ladder again was a bit dangerous with the wet rocks.
