  • Dude if you want real results you need to treat food as an enemy. You have to put yourself in a place where you forget to eat and the only thing you eat is small with no flavor and little to no color. Split your workouts to two a day. The people that are physically beautiful at the age of 30 or better work hard at it. A better approach is to lose 1/2 lb a week and dont concern yourself with the body elite. You have already added 10 to 20 years to your life, now go out and enjoy it.

  • @CITIZENANTONY1984 that seems extreme and like it will make me hate eating. wow, thats actually makes sense after re reading it.

  • Maybe try pre-planning your meals for a while until you feel more on top of your diet. Write down everything that you are going to eat ahead of time. Hang in there.

  • @timjuillet i have nutrisystem for meals though.
