In this video I expose how easy it it for us, human beings, to form beliefs as an attempt to protect ourselves from our uncertainties about life and through it we end up abdicating self'responsibility for ourselves and the earth.

Rastafarianism is a simple example of just that.

All these sort of beliefs - religions - have to stop if we are to in fact change the world into something that is best for all life - and this includes the animals and plants of the earth.

I forigive myself I have accepted and allowed myself to underestimate myself with the belief that I have no control over what I say think and do instead of realizing that I can be the directive principle of my life/existence.

I forgive myself I have accepted and allowed myself to give my responsibility away to the chemical reactions and electric impulses in my mind instead of me being responsible for myself and what goes on in my mind and change my thoughts and what I do

To start applying it can also be as simple as you move and direct yourself to do it in the moment: go past the resistance (chemical reaction) that would dictate your reaction (cause you are reacting to the chemical) of not applying it. Prove to yourself that you are "more" than a chemical reaction (resistance).

i.e: I forgive myself I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I will for ever be a slave to the chemical reactions in my body instead of me moving myself.

The self realization that one has been hard on oneself - the self realization that one has been limiting oneself - the self realization that one can do and be "better" - the self realization that one has been under-estimating oneself - the self realization that one must let go (forGIVE) in order to receive.

The lack of self forgiveness would be the lack of realizing the above.

Interesting - if science says so, what that would mean about god?

But lets consider what you said: That in itself proves that we are slaves to "chemical reactions".

But, through extensively tests, I am sure when I tell you that we can change this condition through the application of self forgiveness. Within it you change your "chemical reactions" that do not consider all Equally and thus you start to change yourself and aligning yourself as the principle of Equality and Oneness.

"Jah forgives" -- irrelevant... "Jah" is an idea/belief -- it only exists in your mind.

The question is if we are able to forgive ourselves and start live as Equals.

Yes - from the perspective that the person stopped abusing the substance - thats beneficial.

Yet, BESIDES the abuse point having stopped, the person is still allowing itself to diminish itself by believing that some divine force was responsible for his/her strength to overcome the issue - when in fact it was always that one person who made the change

We are capable of sooo much - see, we are even capable of creating beliefs that will then "help us" get through situations - fantastic!
