I don't think it's because Obama doesn't want to help other creatures, it's just that he hasn't been able to. Because the President before Obama didn't do his job right the country has been left in such a scrambled up mess. There is so much human help work that has to be done finding jobs, shelter, food ect. for humans that's what's delaying the help for the other animals. Things are so much easier said than done.

You are right about all that you say, He is a real human being and would be agasht at what goes on if he saw it in person! It is atrocious and unspeakable. Maybe some one will give him a tour of a slaughter plant. I bet that would change his spirit.
