Notice the clock on Cobra Commander's bomb: He takes TWO MINUTES to get from the hovercraft to the Statue of Liberty, but Duke carries the bomb back in only SEVEN SECONDS

@young5ever What I see is that CC received the bomb at 5:00 (then it cut in time to see him fly out of the hovercraft and its 4:00 ) between the time he received the bomb and takeoff he must have gave order. On landing the clock show 2:50 but then again we didnt see the entire flight he must have avoid laser, explosions and yell to some troops). I dont see any problem with that. On the other hand Duke took 8sec to the hovercraft with afterburner jetpack, a bit strange but you know its the Joes.
