@strangerlover11 well its true God did put such law in in the old testament but jesus came and changed that you may remember in the bible when the priests brought a woman who commited adultry and asked him raabi what should we do with her. jesus knew the law but he said you who have commited no sin can throw the first stone at her and of course everyone sinned so in that jesus taught forgiving is more important then punishment
