Not to mention, i used to spend around $2,000 a year there (Because i always got the Reward Zone points maxed by the end of the year) Theres no point in treating your customers like this, and then not even apologizing for your mistakes.

i hate best buy now i bought an ipod from them and the touch screen wasnt working so i took it to them and asked them if they could replace it for free because i got a 2 year warrenty for $60 and the warrenty was supposed to cover if droped or anything happend to it and they said they couldnt replace it because i dropped it in the water when i clearly never so i took it to apple and they gave me a $100 gift card for inconvenience.BEST BUY IS THE WORST
tried to take back my defective macbook pro i got within 3 weeks and they said the problem was my fault and i droped my computer. it has never been droped adn theres no sign of of a drop. it was perfect.
@thegameguy1000 They do. The only reason they are still in business is there aren't really any other electronic stores around.

Only reason I go to Best Buy anymore is to check out the product I'm interested in then go home and buy it off eBay. Best Buy is getting sloppy.
