because thinking is a thing that doesn't need time,you can think time anytime you want, even when you are very busy, you're in a hurry or when you're doing some important thing and you don't have time to think..........you can also think at that time!!!
and always remeber that thinking is a thing that a person can do anytime!!!!!

The skinnier tallest one is called the Collins. The one he calls a Collins is a Hi-Ball. A Hi-boy is always a little shorter then a Collins, and a little wider. They call it a Hi-Boy because it's bigger then it's little brother, the Rocks glass. You can buy the Rocks glass & Hi-boy in matching sets. Their the same except for the height. He's just mixed them up.
