I like to use Panko breadcrumbs rather than crackers, but I'll have to try that dressing! Sounds delicious.

Thanks for sharing your recipe! I have tried to make oven-fried chicken with a milk/egg mixture and then coat it with flour, but for some reason, It never seems to work out for me.
