A young boy learns to tie his shoes using TAGteach. The learner speaks Icelandic and the teacher only English. The learner has previously had difficulty with identifying the proper size and creation of the first 'loop'. We used 'end of string at elbow' to create a new tag point and a non-poisened image of 'loop' in his mind. Also, his younger brother is brought into the process and learns to be a good teacher, TAGteacher and brother!

  • This inspiring video moved me very deeply, and to this day I share it with everyone I can. At the time, Theresa explained that this boy was being teased unmercifully and that he had superior intelligence. Then she played it for us. Just a few minutes of working with Theresa in TAG teach sessions changed this boy's life.

I am happy and feel honored to be a certified TAG teacher. I have used TAG on pre-verbal toddlers very successfully. Thank you for sharing this, TM!

  • very bad timing, but good idea :)
