Penn State Blue Band Opens Joe Paterno Candlelight Vigil (Part 1 of the Entire Vigil)

A very bone-chilling opening by the Blue Band to the vigil on January 22nd, 2012 at 8 PM. Sorry for the terrible lighting, it was at night, after all, but you can still hear each of the speakers as well as the band.
