@ulooklikeadope The point is that our definition of "poverty" is a little skewed by America's general prosperity. Yes, you should be grateful you have a car AT ALL...I don't. Yes, you should be grateful you have food in your stomach...many don't. Yes, for the roof over your head, the quarter in your pocket, the shoes on your feet, because we're so prosperous that THE POOR here have more than the AVERAGE person anywhere else. You can make YOUR world better. Nobody OWES you anything.

What is the point of this video comparing the U.S to third world Countries that don't have the resources that we do? I'm I suppose to feel grateful that I got an 12 year old car that's falling apart? Or am I suppose to buy one for someone in Zimbabwe because I'm better off and they don't have one? Although this could be this a look at the future U.S. after the Federal Government gets through destroying it!

The IRS says that the top 25% of all wage earners pay 86% of all income taxes collected. Half of wage earners pay NOTHING! How to solve the debt crisis? TAX THE POOR!!! If 90% of Americans in "poverty" are not living in trailers or less, they can pay THEIR FAIR SHARE!!!
