@al0ne0 Pretty much the same deal with Linux mint 12, wasn't pre-installed but installing it just took a couple of mouse clicks :)

@KingArthur13th you download x86 or whatever, the one that has the 8 on it, I had the same Problem :D

I can't download the JDK for Win32, is there anyway around that.

@Makeme0210 mac comes with JDK preinstalled so you do not need to download anything!!! just go a head and start programming!

@MrTrolWut it wasn't recognizing javac even after installing but i fixed it now. it turns out in the system variables section there was already one called path that was something to do with quicktime. so i deleted it.
