The Bag Of Mad Bastards take the stage playing Beatles Rock Band. 'I Want To Hold Your Hand' is the song, the platform is Wii.

  • I assure you, it's on the Wii.

I'm the long-haired hippy playing guitar in the video.

It was a 'press only' hands on, and most people were waiting in line to play it on PS3 and XBox360, so we played on the Wii because there was no line.

    We were in a hurry.

  • sorry to anyone that read my misleading comment , im sorry to say that i misunderstood an statement from kotaku( a videogame website) that said that every guitar will be compatible with the rock band platform, not every platform , sorry ;(

  • and I just took a look at it and it is the PS3 version or Wii version.

  • the instruments are not cross platform my friend. never have and never will be and they wouldn't do it because they would loose money.

  • This is incorrect. Within a platform all Rock Band instruments are compatible; Rock Band and Rock Band 2 instruments will work in The Beatles: Rock Band and the new Beatles controllers will work in the old games. On the 360 and PS3 the controllers also work with (and will work on) Guitar Hero brand controllers and games.

There is NO cross platform compatibility with the exception of PS2 and PS3 peripherals being compatible

  • that's pretty sick..... but just wana know do u know somewhere that can confirm that?

  • all the instrument controllers from the beatles rock band are multiplatform, the 360 ones will work on wii and the other way around (same with the ps3) :D, i think that its cheaper for them to do that.

  • i'm pretty sure it's not the wii..... at 1:05 i think i c the xbox button on the guitar

  • It isn't the Wii.

  • THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I have been wondering for while if the Wii version would be fulling featured (with there being a 4 max limit on Bluetooth connection like the Wii-mote and Instruments I did not see how 3 mics were possible). so thank you for this vid :).
