  • Hey can I request a video?? Can u show us a quick workout on how to increase jump height or vertical leap fast. Because I need to train for basketball and I need more jump height to dunk. Thanks

  • if you want a good forearm workout just do a few sets of hammer curls of 30 reps then 2 min and if you have to rest hold the weights but dont ever let go then for 2 mins again i swear this is kickass

  • Those wrist curls DONT DO ANYTHING, this guy is fooling himself but those dont do much for his forearms!

    I tried those for months until my PROFESSIONAL trainer told me they dont do squat,

    I absolutely love your program. I have one question for you.

    Do you absolutely must sit when doing the forearm?

    Because It doesn't feel good to me when I rest my hand on my leg when lifting.

    I prefer standing and I never sat down when doing the biceps either.
