They actually had a matchup in wizard magazine on that very subject. I think it was a draw, could be wrong.

Gatchaman team beat the Batman team except Batman himself who was left standing. He then calls in Batgirl (Cassandra), who was hiding in the shadows, and the two of them beat Gatchaman team.

there was something similar years ago I dont remember if it was either on Wizard Magazine or Anime Insider, but it was about an east vs west battle between comic and manga/anime characters, The Batman Family battled Gatchaman.

spoiler could be it but I figure shes a weak fighter. Barbara's been replaced with Cassandra, and she's a pretty badass batgirl(her niche is fighting instead acrobatics). There's still catwoman and Huntress. I, personally, really like Huntress. But she doesn't stay that close to the bat family anymore.
