If the government is really planning a "Bank Holiday," then why not beat them to the punch and have your people do a "Bank Run" of their own to bring those banks and the government to their knees? Why not form Foreclosure Protection Groups and prevent evictions so people can stay in their houses for FREE? After all, they bailed out the banks and are going to be taxed for it anway! If he is smart he could easily use a proxy that would mask his ip, or use an unsecured wifi hotspot. There are ways to make it difficult to trace. Besides, in a court of law all you have to do is introduce reasonable doubt. If his face was completely exposed then reasonable doubt would be out the window.
