Why is it that when Mustangs are proven to be better than Camaros, Chevy fans drop the Camaro and bring up the Corvette? You're comparing a 5L to a 6.2L and a 7L exotic car. Then you stay with the Mustang brand and compare the Corvette to the Super Snake, if you want to bring up Chevy's top of the line car, compare it to Ford's top of the line car, not the Super Snake, but the Ford GT. Even then, the 7L Corvette and even the Dodge 8L Viper fall behind the 5.4L GT. Make the argument even and fair

@tuugfo Actually world wide no American cars on the top 5 list unless you count the Saleen S7. Last I checked the Ford GT was still top 5 American car it was a 2005 car....GT500 is limited electronically at 155MPH, and the new one has already been clocked over 200MPH.

@tuugfo yeah ofcourse. out of camaro, mustang, and corvette i wouldnt even consider mustang, and camaro.....well if it was a drag race and the mustang driver was a punk 16 year old with 12 canisters of nitrous in the back seat, i would go get it tune by lingenfelter first...then by the time i got back his engine will have blown up and i will have a badass corvette.

The handling is a lot better in the Camaro and I'm not just saying that because I'm a chevy fan but because it's been proven in multiple magazines and testing websites.

mustang is for me because a chevy sucks. mustangs are built tuogh because it is built by ford and it is cheaper than a camero ... but i still want that FORD GT sports car it is not a mustang it is Ford gt and i want the 2011 version they built a new FORD GT

@EverlastingMMA thats why we have the corvette 436hp and it can handle better than ur shitty gt500 and the z06 zr1, are on the top 5 around the nurburgring, and i beleive the fastest ford is around #22 or somethign so bam

@EverlastingMMA dont have a clue were you found a 5.0 for under 30 i cant find one for under 34,000 please tell me besides id rather have a Z06 for 25,000 dollars and 10-25 thousand miles on it.....just saying

I was trained as a Ford tech, so I know what Im talking about. The early 4.6l 2v were pathetic, and yes, they stopped making power beyond 4500 or so. Only the 4v cobra motors were worth a damn (when they werent burning up cam-journals from oiling problems a high rpms)

The P.I. heads allowed some increase, but were ultimately still outright f*cking weak. Maybe 225hp at 4700rpms, tops. The 4.6l 3-valve made a decent 305hp or so but were mechanical failures with their VCT's
