  • im 6ft3 inches tall and im 18 years old and i started playing basketball because i want to grow taller. i want another growth spurt. my mom is 5ft3 and my dad is 5ft7 but i have a cousin thats the same age as me and hes 6ft7 and his brother is 16 years old and 6ft4 and my moms dad is 6ft2 and some other tall people in my family. i want to be 7ft tall

  • @DubiousYuTuber Most males continue to grow til around 17-18 years with a few continuing into their 20s (though this is very rare). So you should have at least two year to see significant growth and yes it is possible to grow a few more inches but is all in you genetics and so only time will tell.

    Stretching exercises can help you grow faster and it helps in making the bones stronger

    eat more food high in calcium and protein,eat less soda/junk food/refined sugar

    sleep at least 10 hours every day

  • @radicallemon Stretching won't help. Height is pre-determined, you have a few years left to grow so it's still possible.

  • @347julio Height is genetic and pre-determined at the moment of conception, no amount of stretching willing make you any taller than you are supposed to be.

  • I am currently 6 feet tall and I'm 15 but I want to grow to 6 foot 4 does anyone have any tips?
