I remember the Birmingham film Savalas made, it was shown over a series of years in cinemas (circa 1980-1983); didn't know he voice-overed other cities too. Thre does seem (in part-keeping with the Birmingham film) to be a penchant for industry or road travel.

Does anyone know what the theme music is? It's the same on the Birmingham and Portsmouth ones as well.
I assume its a KPM piece, but it's not any of the albums I've got
