In version 0.6 of Bobs Track Builder, the Richard Burns Rally export functions and shaders have been re-written to be even faster. This video shows a 7 km track created in one afternoon. It contains over 40,000 objects and still runs smoothly (video capture compression may make it appear less than smooth). Yeah it's not the best looking track, but that's not the point, is it?

  • Hi can you explain to me how to open an own made btb track in rbr??

    Greetz!

  • mine, it says path not found!!! im dont know why!!!!! how do i fix this prob??

  • did you make your own tracks for richard burns rally using bob's track?? one more thing where do you download other people's tracks for richard burn using bob's track builder?? thanks

  • how do you make sweeping turns? Mine are blocky!

  • good, but almost straight

  • Amazing progress Piddy!

  • it looks sort of bad couse this is just a test track to show off how many objects you can put in your track and it still will work just fine.

    this is great news!!!!

this track was probablly made in 10 min. if you take ypur time you can make very good tracks already with btb. almost just as good as original rbr ones!!

with the new release theres gonna be some important upgrades for rbr so this critic really not in place at the moment!!

btb on the way of becoming the best!!!

  • Good...

  • It's great with all the progress on the BTB, I know you work your as* of for this Baby, and it will be cool when you get further.. But now! It's really not looking that Nice is it, Trees looks very funny and ODD, and Not natural for the environment, it all just sticks out, Vegetation isn't blending good enough, specially not through the Road surface.Road and the general view is all to nice, and it really lags lots of patina. But new Object and textures can solve lots of it.

    Happy New Year all.;)

  • you can't see it much, but there is a surface randomness applied to the road mesh of 2cm, so that makes for a fairly rough tarmac road, a softer (more compliant, slightly longer travel) setup would have much more grip =D
