6 Chakra - AJNEYA

The Ajneya chakra, located between our eyebrows. Say "Om Ajneya". Visualize its indigo color, the color of the original Levi blue jeans prior to washing them. Say "AUM" in a 3-2-1 ratio. "A-A-A-O-O-M" for a few minutes, then visualize the chakra turning liquid gold as you say "Kundalini, arohanum" several times.

Location:- Center of the eyebrow

Element:- Sun & Moon

Importance:- Center where the solar and lunar energies synchronize, essential for the flowering of awareness and concentration ? Increases memory.

Mantra:- Aum

this is one of the chakra that which is availalble in our body .Mainly this chakra is used to increase the concentration power.This chakra is mainly used for students to increase their concentration levels.by doing this we can find the difference in us.
