i have seen many of wolfe's seminars/conferences/presentat
ions and been to his longevity conferences and Ive always notices that he always says "ive left out goji berries" when he presents the orac scale. -

So true about cacao. The worlds' best food and hardly anyone knows about it. All you gotta do is get the powder or nibs and grind them up with some other seeds, bee pollen and add a little natural sweetener. It'll make you outperform everyone and make you glow.
