What a lovely fungus is among us here! Supposedly it tastes like chicken when cooked and eaten...I have never tried it, but I have some friends who have, and they say it's delicious.

I've eaten it; it's very good. It tastes a little like chicken, but more remarkable is that the texture is very like chicken.
