the dual turbo set up seen here is compound turbo charging... where the large turbo feeds the small one (boost side) and the exhaust gasses travel engine>small turbo>large turbo
this set up gives greater boost than either turbo alone or a standard two turbo set up and gives a good spread of power through the whole rev range... so you dont get turbo lag or turbo stalling
That first turbo alone is more than big enough for your engine, the second one is massively oversized. All you're doing is hurting performance by doing that. Learn to turbo match.
That is great. I've been wrenching on these isuzus for years now. Great engines. The only problems I found with the B series engines were the oil cooler o-rings. They usually go around the 20000 hour mark so you most likely won't have an issue with that. We have a lot of customers that get 40000+ hours out of these things. How much boost are you pushing and what all did you change with the injection system?
