@silatguy Bak Mei generally isn't going to be uploaded. It's actually a taboo to really upload fully done Bak Mei. If you upload a form thats done correctly or fully or explain the techniques in detail it's generally looked down upon.
I enjoyed this, good explanation,it leaves some things out,but what is posted is accurate, using a computer voice was a good idea.24 years ago I went to a Kung Fu demo, the form my Sifu had me do was Ying Jow Nim Kiu Kuen,鷹爪黏橋,or "Dragon" as we called it.There were many well known Sifus at that demo,we were the only Hakka system represented there..At that time there were not as many of us in the USA as there are today. What lineage do you come from?
@pakmeipai hey where can i can some books from him i here he was a master at internal bak mei either in chinese or english it doesn't matter I WILL LEARN!lol
similar formation of spine rolling like a wave can be found in Park Bok Nam's Bagua book. Where the spine performs something like a wave to produce power. Training begins with a large movement , which then becomes smaller until it becomes internal.
