no. im saying this because i DID play the hack. i played the hack all the way until the third world with the abyss of pain bullshit where you just luckyly avoid piranha plants for 2 minutes. its bullshit, the hack has bad level design. kaizo is original, was practically the first "hard" mario hack that was made famous. its puzzles and levels were original. Masochistic Mission? Piranha plants and noteblock spam.

Hm... I suppose you got a point there. Sad, too, cause I thought Kaizo to be relatively easy save that annoying as f*** timer platforms level.
Course, I've only gotten as far as Special 2 on Kaizo, so... Kinda sad, too, first time I tried I failed because a flying koopa knocked off the koopa whose shell I needed.
