A word about my videos: A few words about my videos. I was siting in section 205, Row N. I was concerned about camera police (especially since I was using an actual video camera, not a digital camera that happens to take video). So, I had the camera sitting low in my lap and was surreptiously, recording stuff. Much of the time I wasn't actually watching the screen, since the screen puts off SOOOO much light and is obviously NOT just a digital camera. All of this is in lieu of an apology for the awkwardness of some of these videos. As the night wore on, it became obvious that security was a bit busier corraling the drunks in the audience and weren't concerned about people with camera, so I became a bit more bold. Subsequently, the quality of the shots improved some.

I have video of everything beginning with "Permanent" through to the end of the set. Since I have the pain in the ass JVC camera that records video in a totally UNUSABLE FORMAT, I have to convert everything before uploading to YT. I WILL get everything converted an uploaded eventually, just bear with me. Thanks

Analog Heart FTW!!!

I swear, he NEEDS to do another leg of the tour- not just on the west coast, but also doing general non college shows in the east and stuff too. The college thing is an awesome idea, but it doesn't allow for enough people to go to the shows (most of them are closed to students). And he's pulling out ALL the stops in his concerts! DCTR, Analog Heart, MWK, AND covers!! This needs to be more widely appreciated!!! haha

Ha! It's 2 1/2 years later and he mentioned this slip recently in an interview as one of three times he fell on this 155 stop Declaration Tour. I think he stopped spewing water after this, or at least being careful it wasn't where he would be playing. LOL This song showcases Neal and Kyle quite a bit and, of course, David is wonderful. There's a new fansite, mrdavidcookfreedom, where it's fun to see the latest photos and vids for DC & TA and have good conversations about them.
