i love the flying icecream man!! i caught my icecream too!! i currently live about 30mins away from this temple and go there sometimes to listen to the chanting from 500-600pm. :)

I'll be headed back to Thailand in December for a holiday. I was thinking about visting this place. What did you think of the place? Would you recommend a full day here? Thanks.

Hmmm... I was there only for the evening on my way back from Kanchanaburi (River Kwai). Besides having lots of food to eat at night, my friends told me that the chedi itself is a beautiful sightseeing place.
In short, I don't think you need the whole day at the chedi area. Prolly you could plan out a few other locations at Nakhom Pathom province. There a number of good sightseeing places there.
