I am glad some people still teach kids to be responsible with guns as opposed to the "gun abstinence" that they try to teach in school.

@rohag735 It doesn't lol. Just saying that we should educate our kids about firearms instead of just telling them to stay away from them and locking them up.

@Symbiot5 You state, education over regulation. Just trying to figure out, what has that to do with a young person starting out using a .22 caliber rifle? I'm not questioning if the young man was taught right. He looks like he is doing very well.

I am building an AR-15 with my 9 year old son. He will know every part of that rifle and how to safely handle it before his first shot is fired.
