Look out, I have a 1980s laser gun!!

An old classic toy laser gun from the 80s, originally owned by my cousin. Interestingly, the circuitry is all transistor based(5 transistors) with no microchip.

I had this too. Got it around 1980, it was a Christmas present. Was a favorite of mine, probably not my parents. By the time mine died around 1990 or so, only the light worked, it just clicked when you pulled the trigger. I don't remember the steady tones at all, FWIW...

I had one of those but it got broke but i've managed to save the circuitry that creates the sound effects and attached it to a fm transmitter. I had a lot of fun hearing the same sound effects on my neighbors fm receiver lol

You should stop playing with that. Laser guns from the 1980's were notorious for causing low sperm count, baldness, bad breath, acne and anal leakage. It wasn't until 1992 when we cured the problems of 80's laser guns with the laser guns of the 90's.

OMG i had the same gun but i got it in the mid 70's about 76/77 fucking hell had loads of fun under the bedsheets with it shooting shit with it. most of the sounds had a vibrato effect to em!!!
