Hey,
Its all down to preference. Salt was added at 2.45, but we didn't include it on the list at the end! Salt is up to you. One love.

i'm very bad at visual cooking. can you give an approximate amount of how much water you used in cups? please and thank you so much.

Well, he used 1kg of rice. That equals to about 5 cups of rice. Rule of thumb: for every 1 cup of rice, use 2 cups of water.
So your answer is approx 10 cups of water

@tropicalsunfoods thank you very much. it looks delicious. one last question if you don't mind. i have done the coconut cream but found it to be very very sweet and i don't like sweet rice. is there an alternative?

@iroc31407 Have you tried our using our Premium Coconut Milk instead? This has around 65% coconut extract, so you get more coconut taste and hopefully less sweetness (not that its bitter or anything). Don't use lesser coconut milks, since often they have a lower coconut extract = less coconut taste (and hence = cheaper).
Let us know if you have any other questions. One love, Jimmy.
