Everyone ( or almost everyone ) knows that Zombies and Lightlords/Lightsworn have been abusing COSR since the dawn of .......well.......yea.

There is this card in the video however, that introduced a new kind of Monarchs to reclaim their thrones in the game, and what was their draw engine? COSR

Effect: When this card is in your Graveyard, you can select 1 face-up monster on your side of the field whose Level is 5 or higher in order to activate this effect. Level Stealer was released in SOVR and could be a factor to COSR 's banning as shown in the example in the vid ,

So what was so threatening about Level Stealer that a Well known card like COSR had to be banned?

Well Looking at the BIG Picture O.O

Lightsworn and zombies have abused this card, Why would this little ladybug make the difference?

I really can't solidify my Theory into Everyone so instead, Everyone's opinions can come into play

Discuss in the comments on whether you think this is a factor to COSR being Banned

Also, interesting Point:

Jester confit= CCV Banned???

Jester confit is also a card that can help the Monarchs to rise . But did this clown also cause CCV to be banned?

With Maticore of Darkness it's broken. Also look at the new Gemini boost there is a lot of special summoning from the grave. You can just do some crazy special summoning. Also for the same reason that you said. The graveyard is now like the extended play field now. Nice video.
