how are they squares? they look like circles to me
-
at 8:45 the middle part, top row begins to take on the desired shape. if you think of a side as 3 beads and then as groups of "3's for a side, how many sides to add" to the base. hope this helps. my mom had to watch this a couple of times, before she got it right.

Too confusing the way u say the first , the last , first u say it will form a square then u say u will begin to see a square . In the above explanation u repeat what u have already said instead of using different words, different view or something. I think that is what is most frustrating. I am sure it will just take practice. Thank you.

@digupstuff You can get it at any store that sells quality fishing supplies. It's just a fishing line, I just get it from my father ^^

My bracelet came out alright for a beginner, but I completely bombed the end. I'm not sure how to attach the button appropriately. Do you have any tips on how to tie knots when making this kind of jewelry?

This project was a harder one. And I will better explain square stitch in an upcoming Karla Kam. To knot, you should use half hitch knots. You take your needle under a thread, and pull the needle through, thus creating a loop, and then run the needle through the loop and pull snug. A half hitch knot.

Did you say 6 feet of fireline?! Where do you get fireline at anyway? I never see it at Michael's, JoAnn's or Hobby Lobby.
