I would love to see Leon doing "Prince of Peace" - any chance you have that one? I met him in 1971 in St Louis - briefly after a show - and he invited a group of us to visit him in OK (we were all too stoned to put it together at the time). Saw him again this year, and while the venue wasn't set up to handle his music, the energy was great and he still rocks, as does his band. Thanks for sharing.

Always felt like Brother Leon was doing a rock and roll church revival. What great shows. I've seen him many times, and have never been disappointed.

There will only be one Leon, I hope to see him live before I die, or he passes, which ever one comes first, kind of like a warranty I guess. Talk about your unsung hero. Leon should have already won every award known to man.

I used to think Elton was paying lip service but he recently said the same thing millions are saying:

"Why isn't Leon in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, good Lord knows I've tried to have him inducted."
