I never knew this was a cover . . . always loved it . . . always will . . . RIP dear Ted . . . I loved you from the age of 14; spoke to you on the phone when you guys stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Townsville. Dad wouldn't let me go to your concert. I was gutted. You'll always live on in your music (originals or covers alike) :-)

The layered hair is killing the 70s spirit right there-this is the wrong side of the tracks viz-a-viz anything goes glam pub rock. A year earlier they looked and sounded kinda cool. Here it's gonna south, I liked Crazy, their last song that clung to the Melbourne top 40 -only cause I had something going for the fisrt time with a girl after school at the time

and thats exactly what I have to tell people that live here as well. Well Status Quo were essentially the British ZZTOP. They are my favorite band, easy maybe next to UFO. haha. They are known by Metal Heads etc, and im a metal head at heart, and a music nerd

Man , how does quo & TMG get known in USA ????
I have been to the states over 20 times & have yet to meet ANYONE who knows of these guys....all I hear is " are they like ZZTop " !!!

I always thought this is a marvelous cover, But then again I didn't listen to the original very much. Have you listened to any of Ted Mulry Gang's originals?

Terrible cover.......sounds like a bunch of schoolgirls at a sleepover...... where's the soul in that ?? Steve Marriott must be spinning bless him .

Very Quo boogie sound form the 71 - 81 Quo frantic four era.
I am huuuge quoaholic too and loved seeing TMG play live in between quos tours down under.

Nah. Aside from the 2 big hit singles they're most associated with, they were one of the great, classic Aussie rock and roll bands of the 70s.
