This is my tribute video to the amazing film Candy.

I *love* it so much and I think Heath gave an outstanding performance in it, abbie cornish was superb also.

This is for all Heath Ledger/Candy fans.

Just watched it again on SBS and always have a good cry at the end. What an extraordinary and beautifully acted film. RIP beautiful Heath and best beautiful wishes to Abbie - an amazing actress

I am going to the library later today to see if I can find the book! I am thrilled. As for the film, I think that I can relate to it in several ways. Love that is so euphoric that it can't possibly last forever...the call of opiates...the agony of losing a baby..kickin' the habit...Something that starts out so beautiful only to end so tragically. Yeah..."Candy" is so much more than a "drug film." It is a human film about youth, love, loss and letting go.

courtneydidit He said at the end - if you are given a reprieve it's important to remember how thin it is. Meaning Candy was now clean and had been given a second chance while he was still using. So he had to let her go even though he loved her.
