I agree. I only take pilates mat at my ballet studio. You're almost guaranteed to get Joe's original movements when it's being taught at a pilates or ballet studio! The gym is good for many things, but pilates is not one of them.

I think this is a beautiful way to workout I am not sure about using the pilates machines without a trained teacher but I just think it seems like a great workout I lvoe the history. great videio, definitely inspiring.

You have the nicest articulation I have seen here on YouTube!Congrats on your studio and good for you for sticking with Joe's original movements.I too cringe when I see mat work being taught at a gym.I just say to myself keep your mouth shut!!!Here's to you for Keeping spines and cores moving as they should!!!
