  • Talk about a mesmerizing band to see live! Imagine a time when you could hear a pin drop when the vocalist is speaking, of when a lead guitarist not only isn't posing but is actually seated while playing flawlessly, of when the only people on the stage were the ones who wrote and performed the songs themselves. I always liked Peter Gabriel when I came to notice his stuff in the 80s, but he was at a whole different level during the Genesis years. It's fun to rediscover him.

  • the best ever!

  • Great

This old man is ghost of Henry..

  • @ReAlrik90 It was something I have never experienced since... simply amazing!!

  • tks vin x

  • I'm really wondering what was like to be there! Great concert!

  • I am so glad that Peter Gabriel got better (in terms of mental health). With the stuff he did during this period, you can see he was emotionally and psychologically raw. I'm not surprised at all that he had a breakdown. Every performance must have been like raping himself.

As much as I enjoyed his solo career, and as adventurous as that was in comparison to other pop music of the time, it was during the Genesisperiod that he gave perhaps more of himself than an artist should. All for Art
