Practise work with Eowyn's sword

This is a replica of Eowyn's sword from Lord of the Rings. The blade isn't really for training with but, since it felt solid, looked great... well, I couldn't resist.
It handled well and has rather inspired me to find a source for one I can really train with. (This is more a display piece. Which I can testify, it is a very attractive sword!)

I might have a go at that some time.There is another issue anyway with the sword.

Feels OK but the shape of the pommel makes blade manipulation uncomfortable. Nice wall feature indeed but not a practical sword methinks.

what a noob

U know how this sword has a tapered tang does it make a noise like a bell when u swing it? I really wanted this sword but that idea sort of puts me off buying it. Could u please let me know
