"Maybe It Is" Chapter 2 part 1

It was now 10:00 in the morning. Erin and Marissa were still asleep. Everything was quiet until Ashley burst in the door. "I got them! Erin! Marissa! Wake up! I got them!" Ashley screamed, obviously excited. "Got what?" Marissa asked in a half-awake voice. "Milk, Marissa, she's got milk," Erin replied as she was waking up in a joking manner. "You guys!! I got the tickets! As in Jonas Brothers tickets!" Ashley exclaimed. Marissa and Erin jumped up. "SERIOUSLY?!" Erin asked excitedly. "No way." Marissa said in disbelief. "No, I really did! I got up early this morning and drove to the venue to buy the tickets! I was the first person in line!" said Ashley, "And that's not even the best part," she continued, "The tickets are front row. And for being the first in line, they threw in 3 backstage passes!" "Oh my god! That is so awesome!" Erin and Marissa screamed.

A week later, Erin, Ashley, and Marissa were in Ashley's car on their way to the concert. Naturally, Erin had brought along a 12 pack of Red Bull for the 15 minute drive there. By the time that the girls had arrived at the venue, Erin had finished every can of Red Bull she could get her hands on, and was now more hyper than everyone at the concert. When Ashley found a parking space and turned off the car, Erin quickly got out and began jumping up and down. "I CAN'T BELIEVE I AM GOING TO MEET JOE JONAS! THE ACTUAL JOE JONAS!" Erin shouted. "Jeez Erin, had enough sugar?" Marissa asked sarcastically. "Actually, I don't think she has." Ashley replied in an equally sarcastic manner.

The three girls began their walk [or in Erin's case, run] to the venue entrance. Erin, who was running, was quite a bit ahead of Ashley and Marissa. "Wow Ashley. I honestly think with that much sugar in her, we might have to restrain Erin when we meet the band," Said Marissa. "You know what? I think you're right," Ashley replied. Erin was still far in front of her two friends and had now begun singing her favorite Jonas Brothers song, Goodnight and Goodbye. She had reached the end of the first verse singing, "...how wonderful this love, could be..." and was about to start the chorus when she ran into someone, and knocked both of them over.
