Back in October of 2010 my father faced the biggest obstacle of his life as he suffered a stroke. Using all the information I had and my family history I made a decision to change my lifestyle for myself and my family..

On December 20, 2010 I was 223 lbs and 29% body fat. After 90 days of doing P90x and coaching others, I completely transformed my body. By March 20, 2011, I was 189 lbs, 16% body fat and dropped 7 inches off my waist in 90 days!!!

This video is as badass! Great job Dave, you should be very proud of yourself. I've got Insanity and P90X myself and I've never loved working out so much in my life and I'm a better person for it.

So what's the news with Mobility Today (the tech version)? I use to love throwing it on the iphone and listening to it on the go.
