@Bendikzz you cant "Open" a exe file becuase a exe file is compiled. There are programs that can decompile exe file so you can look at the assembly for the file. There are also programs that decompile exe files into higher level languages like c++ and c#. This tutorial though is for noobs. Learn a programing language :)
