@fishguru73 Mainstream people couldn't take this. Their brains are too used to hearing retard melody's and retard vocals with retard lyrics being repeated in a slow 4/4 manor so much that they don't have a choice but to buy it. Ontopic. Why is there a huge difference in sound quality between this and the centurymedia clip?? this sounds heavily muted.. although when it kicks in it doesnt distort as much, ill give it that.
At the end of the day that minor moment of clarity seems to sacrifice the "punchy" feel of the song.. i think i prefer a bit of distortion rather than this sonic wet blanket

Look people, I love any great musician in any style of music. There are blugrass, blues, jazz, country, hair bands, classical, and new age artists that are all super talented. I love real damn musicianship and Devin Townsend is second to none for incorporating awesome melody with brutal metal riffs. This song could be put to acoustic guitar and be a song to relax after a hard day at work or it can be a straight up adrenalizing weekend warrior mantra. I wish this was promoted in mainstream radio.
