HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYBODY :)

Episode 7
Decisions

I stood there. I stood there and stared at her while the words finally got into my head. She really had said those words.
Her big brown eyes looked up to me and tried to figure out what was going on in me. But I didnt even know the answer. I felt numb, empty, small. Like she had punched me right into my face.
~E-Edward?~ Her voice seemed like she was far away. A little echo.
-What did you sa-?- I couldnt finish the sentence.
I felt her hand stroking my left cheekbone lightly. Her hand was stroking my bones. A feeling right through my skin. It was so warm, so soft.
~Edward, we . . . we gotta go to first period~, she whispered, her voice smooth.
-I dont care.-
~Edward, please, youll get into troub-.~ Her voice was so worried and imploring.
I shook my head. -Im gonna go home.-
Some tears filled her eyes but I looked away.
Her hand grabbed mine. ~Edward, I . . . I see you later, okay?~ She smiled lightly.
I put my mask on and nodded. -Do what you want, I dont care- And how I cared; so much.
She let me go.
My car didnt distract me. It just reminded me more of her.
My mom looked at me confused as I got into the house but smiled.
-Honey, are you not feeling good?-
~Not really . . . no~, I mumbled and talked to my piano. ~Did you missed me?~ I walked to it and sat down.
My fingers began to run through the piano and did what they wanted to. The melody that I wanted to play got through my head into my fingers and into the air.
I heard my mom humming to it even if she didnt know what I would do next.
And like that night I forgot everything around me. My hands flowed along the piano playing a melody I had never heard before. Sweet but sad.
I heard a other melody. Higher. I looked up and saw Rosalie sitting next to me. She stared at the piano keys; she didnt stare at me like I did at this moment. Her melody was a little bit different. Like she wanted to cheer me up.
Then our song ended.
-Edward-, Rosalie said with a warm voice. She likes you. She really likes you. Its not love. Jasper told me. But its something between love and friendship.-
~I dont care about that anymore, Rosalie.~ I stared away, hiding how much her cheer up-words hurt and helped me.
-Shes waiting in your room-, she whispered. I bought her here, so you guys can spend time together.-
I shook my head. ~I want to be alone, Rose.~
I heard her snorting angrily. -Okay, listen, Mister.- I looked at her confusedly. Her eyes glow with anger. She might be a bloodwhore or whatever. Maybe shes using you, okay? But if you dont look whats at the end of the curve, youll never find out how beautiful it could be.- She put my shirt right and tousled my hair. Youve been alone for to long and now youre gonna throw this chance away, Edward Cullen? You are a sissy if you dont try it out at least.
It doesnt matter what people will say. The only thing that matters is that you WILL BE HAPPY. Now get going or Ill kick your ass.-
I laughed. She glared at me but smiled.
~Im going.~ I stood up and walked the stairs up.
I knocked on my own door. Nobody answered. I knocked again. No answer. I gently opened the door and saw her sitting on the floor. Her back to me.
She had pulled some big headphones over her ears and hummed to it awry. Awry but beautiful.
I looked over her shoulder and saw her drawing. I didnt know how long she had spent with drawing this but it was amazing. A smiled crossed my lips.
It was me. And her. And we stood next to each other holding hands.
But looked away.
