Habitat ReStore ceremonial bill signing

Ceremonial bill signing of HB 5786 which exempts from taxes retail stores operated by a charitable non-profit housing corporation (like Habitat for Humanity's ReStores). Each Habitat ReStore sells surplus building materials to the public, and also accepts donated goods sold to the public at a fraction of retail price. The proceeds are used by local Habitat affiliates to construct homes in their communities.
