I had forgotten all about his song, last time I heard it must have been 20 years ago at least. A very touching song.
It used to be one of my favourites. My 6 year old is walking around singing it now. I am learning to play it on my guitar and it's not very easy as I am just a beginner.
A fantastic song.

Such an amazing song. My dad played it for me as a child and I sang it to my own children as babies. It never fails to bring a happy tear to my eye. :o)

Destined to be a classic, if it isn't already. This is one of my all-time faves, and I'm learning to play it on harp & pennywhistle.
